Here at St. John's there are so many ways we live out our ministry. Whether you are old or young, crafty or musical, we have something for you!

Women of the ELCA

WELCA provides a space for women of the congregation and community a place to support each other.

Lutheran Young Men's Association

LYMA is an organization for men of St. John's Lutheran Church and a place to gather and be in community with each other.

Youth Group

St. John's youth group is a safe and fun place for middle and high school students.

Sunday School & Confirmation

Our Sunday School and confirmation curriculum allows children of all ages to learn about their faith.

Quilters Group

The Quilters Groups work tirelessly for months to supply beautiful quilts to Lutheran World Relief.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Handmade prayer shawls and baptismal baby blankets from our Prayer Shawl Ministry are a true blessing.

Choir & Hand Bell Choir

Music is an amazing way to share the love of our God! Singing, performance, instruments, whatever your experience level ALL ARE WELCOME!

Book Club

Our Book Club is a great way to get to know other members of the congregation and engage in interesting discussions.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

St. John's is involved deeply in the vibrant Lancaster community and works with many different organizations!

Lancaster Garden Club

Our members share a love of gardening, nature and floral designing. Guests and new members are always welcome.

Girl Scouts of America

Girl Scouts provide an array of opportunities for young girls in the community.

Guiding Eyes for the Blind

Guiding Eyes for the Blind is a nonprofit that provides exceptional guide dogs to individuals with vision loss.  

Queen City Chordsmen

We are Barbershoppers. We sing A Cappella Barbershop Harmony.

Narcotics Anonymous

Narcotics Anonymous, founded in 1953, describes itself as a "nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem".
